Is it really read-only? Can you see my customer data?
Yes, read-only. We connect via Stripe OAuth, which means we can only pull data — we can never make charges, issue refunds, or touch your payouts. We see aggregated revenue figures to compute your metrics; we don't store or display individual customer names or card details.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
After 7 days you'll need to subscribe to continue accessing your dashboard. We'll prompt you to choose a plan — Starter at $19.99/mo or Growth at $29.99/mo. No charges happen automatically.
Does it work with Stripe test mode?
Yes — connect your live Stripe account for real metrics, or a test account to try it with dummy data first. Whichever account you authorize through Stripe OAuth is what Metricsly reads.
What if I cancel?
